In this role, you’ll supervise your boating area, teach skillful boating lessons, and maintain a safe environment for campers. Collaborating with camp staff, you will create enriching activities that foster personal growth and enthusiasm for water sports. Bringing a cheerful spirit and focus on safety is key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the boating area for campers
• Design and lead effective lessons
• Enforce comprehensive safety procedures
• Care for and maintain all boating equipment
• Work with other staff to enhance program offerings
Requirements:
• High school education preferred
• Experience with children a plus
• Previous camp experience desirable
• Proficient in non-motorized boating
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications required
