Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Bookkeeper to support U.S.-based clients, primarily therapy practice owners. This role combines hands‑on bookkeeping work with strong customer communication, ensuring accurate financial records while providing a human‑centered support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management (Core Focus) Review and categorize transactions that cannot be automatically processed. Reconcile monthly books for assigned client accounts. Identify and flag unusual or questionable transactions. Ensure accurate coding based on standard accounting and IRS chart of accounts guidelines. Manage approximately 5–6 client accounts per specialist.
