Our client is a market leader within their given field that have experienced a lot of growth and only continue to grow. As a result of such growth, our client is seeking a highly motivated bookkeeper based in the south east suburb of Mentone.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however will not be limited to:
- Dealing with international payments and currency
- Reporting
- Invoice processing
- Supplier queries and concerns
- Reconciliations
- Processing low level payroll on a weekly basis end to end
- Issuing and generating invoices
- Credit applications
- Allocate and receipt payments
- Daily banking
- Debt collections
