Qualifications, Experience and Technical Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a bookkeeper
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles (incl. trial balance )
- SAGE X3 Experience would be an Advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages
- Bank Reconciliations
- Debtors (claims to clients and occupational rent)
- Creditors
- Loan Accounts (internal and External)
- Everything up to Trial Balance
- Prepare Timeous Monthly cash flow Forecast
- Check invoices vs appointments/quotes for correctness
- Managing bank accounts and Generating payments for multiple entities on Standard Bank and Nedbank
- Managing Petty Cash
- Compiling Fund documents for Property Bonds
- Submit various claims to Property Bonds
