The Branch Partner Manager (BPM) will report directly to the Regional Partner Manager (RPM). This role is pivotal in liaising between United and its partners, ensuring compliance, recruitment, and performance management processes are effectively executed. You will engage with the Retention, Learning & Development, Finance, and Equipment Services departments, as well as external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaison between United and regional partners
• Manage partner recruitment and develop training resources
• Implement legal compliance and hiring packages
• Lead Partner Change Over (PCO) processes
• Address issues escalation with RPM
