Job Description
An experienced Brand Manager who is passionate about skincare and innovation who will lead and localise the brand strategy for the Korean market.
This is a hybrid, FT position, working 40 hours per week.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
Act as a key regional representative, work across regional and global teams, to deliver campaigns, messaging, and key account marketing plans that support the regional businessOversee project management of all regional asset briefs and content needs to the Regional Creative team and/or agency, and manage timeline + reviews + team efforts through projects’ completion Lead copy adaptation for regional briefs, including brand and product marketing copy by leveraging global playbooks and adapting to VM and Digital nuances/specs for our region. This includes managing translations for localized assets.Own regional brand calendar updates according to the latest state of business and lead the planning of ongoing efforts to support both brand and businessTake full ownership of the regional Paid Media strategy, working closely with global teams to align on strategy and optimize the use of global assets. Lead asset management by coordinating cross-functional teams to adapt and localize paid media materials, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact across the region.Support always-on Regional Paid Media strategy by owning planning and execution of monthly programs with cross-functional teams (Partnerships, Agency, Creative, Brand Director). Ensure upper and lower-funnel media initiatives are aligned with KPI’s and the agency is performing required optimizations for greatest success metric Collaborate with the Partnerships Team on trade marketing plans, adapting assets to meet best-in-class requirements and leveraging Content Search platform to identify areas of opportunity and strong differentiationSupport the regional execution of global launch plans for new products and brand campaigns with the broader Regional DECIEM team to establish campaigns and launch plans, prioritizing partners, moments and activities, maximizing impactSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
Fluent in Korean and English, with excellent written skillsMinimum 5 years of marketing experiencePrevious experience working in a local/regional team with global creative and marketing teams in bringing executions to life is requiredPassion for the beauty industry, Olive Young and Coupang experience preferredAbility to initiate and monitor several simultaneous projectsWHAT YOU’LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM
