The mandate
Own how A4G and VONG show up to the world. You're not filling a content calendar — you're defining what the brand stands for across governance, mental well-being, and sustainability, and making every touchpoint reinforce it. Community building is your second track: apply the same brand thinking to how we grow and retain people.
Primary - Brand, Marketing & PR
Strategy & system
- Define the brand narrative and positioning across all three pillars; keep it coherent as the org scales.
- Build the visual identity system and brand guidelines everyone else works inside — the standard, not just the assets.
- Own image creation and the consistency of every external touchpoint.
