This leader will guide the strategic growth of the established Brazil offices in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro by leading efforts to identify, capture and complete projects in the ports, marine terminal, coastal, water resources/stormwater, transportation, energy, environmental, national, state, local, and urban development markets.
