Responsibilities Performing budgetary reviews and studies throughout assigned business line; performing analysis of findings to recommend budget funding amounts, timing, reprogramming of funds, and changes with program managers. Reviews, analyzes, edits, and consolidates budget submissions including budgetary goals and timetables, and criteria for assessing program cost effectiveness in accordance with guidance. Provides management with financial information such as: trend analyses of workyears, workload and unit costs rates of expenditures, and comparisons of actual performance to the financial plans and identification of variances.
