Building Automation System Analyst
Location: St. George (Downtown Toronto)
The Building Automation System (BAS) Analyst will support BAS operations by utilizing the EMRS and other software applications, such as fault detection and analytical tools, to ensure the efficient functioning of various building systems, including HVAC and lighting control systems. The Analyst will perform initial triage and troubleshooting of reported comfort issues and observed alarms and anomalies on the EMRS, using its tools and programming capabilities to make necessary adjustments and will be based in the Universities Remote Operational Control Center. They will ensure the availability of BAS components like meters and controllers, conduct data management, trend analysis, and reporting at the St. George Campus.
