Qualifications:
Candidate brings strong technical skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair work, paired with solid troubleshooting ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions. The role requires sufficient physical capability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions. Strong communication skills are essential for documenting work, coordinating with team members, and interacting with building occupants. Relevant certifications such as WHMIS, HVAC credentials, or trade licenses are considered an asset.
