Job Description
We are looking for a BMS HIL Engineer to validate Battery Management Systems using HIL platforms, ensuring performance, safety, and reliability of EV battery systems.
- Develop and execute HIL test cases for BMS
- Configure and maintain HIL setups (dSPACE / Vector / NI)
- Validate BMS functions: SoC, SoH, cell balancing, thermal management
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
- Analyze results and perform debugging & RCA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain test documentation
- Strong knowledge of BMS and Li-ion battery systems
- Hands‑on experience with HIL testing tools (dSPACE / CANoe / NI)
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and Python/CAPL
