Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Egypt. They are seeking a Business Analysis Manager with a background in the Real Estate sector to join their team in Egypt.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating the preparation of project business plans and cash flowsDeveloping annual and quarterly budgetsDeveloping portfolio consolidation and rolling out tracking from a financial perspectiveCoordinating with development teams to progress/achieve the agreed Business PlanPreparing monthly sales and inventory reports, and identifying solutions for slow-moving productsIdentifying business opportunities after conducting feasibility studiesEnsuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency of input assumptions and data used in feasibility studies, business plans, and budgetsEnsuring product pricing and product costing is tracked accurately and shared with regional teams PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance, with any Finance Analysis certificates an advantage8 years’ experience in Business Analysis ideally within the Real Estate sectorStrong background in real estate development valuations or analytical experienceA history of working for large, multinational corporationsExcellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic
