We are adding a Business Analyst, with a strong background working in the banking industry, to work closely with our clients. We are searching for someone who has experience gathering requirements and analyzing client needs/strategy. This position involves consulting, as well as developing an understanding of our client's strategic direction, project goals, and open issues.
The successful candidate must be able to bridge the gap between business goals, user functionality and system architecture, and document those business requirements to be the “source of truth” for any specific area of functionality.
