Job Description
The incumbent will provide analytical and executive support to the Chief Executive, manage the Chief Executives office, and coordinate cross-functionally across the organization's business units. They will also support special initiatives led by the Chief Executive and prepare management and stakeholder reports and presentations. - Manage stakeholders: aligning internal and external teams for periodic reviews and updates; support special initiatives for the Offices business. - Coordinate and collaborate across the core Offices sub-functions: Marketing, Asset & Tenant -Experience, Leasing, Business Reporting & Coordination, and Growth & Market, and track progress. - Prepare/ Coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly reports (including MIS) across all Offices verticals, in coordination with respective function leads. - Analyse and track all operational & growth projects and business plans PAN India (Project -Budget, Revenue Budget) of the Offices portfolio for reporting to the Chief Executiv...
