Principle Accountabilities
- Oversee, manage, and report data on key performance indicators focused on the Direct Hire team.
- Develop spreadsheet for data visualization while aiming for productivity improvement.
- Administrate Bulhorn system requirements inconsistences while following up with Houston and Delivery Centre if necessary.
- Support and facilitate onboarding and team events.
- Sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates across multiple industries.
