Description We are seeking an Experienced Business Analyst / Change Manager with deep Securities Lending experience to support a large-scale, multi-year platform migration initiative within Capital Markets. This individual will play a key role in driving business analysis, stakeholder coordination, process re‑engineering, and change management activities as the organization transitions from a legacy securities lending platform to a new strategic solution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis and change management activities for a securities lending platform migration
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business, operations, technology, and vendor stakeholders
Analyze and document current‑state and future‑state business processes
Perform process mapping and process re‑engineering across impacted stakeholder groups
Produce high‑quality business requirements documentation, functional requirements, and gap analyses
