Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis in large organizations
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Project Management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to work independently with a high-level of self-direction
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT Personnel
- Ability to effectively facilitate meetings that are tailored to the audience
- Ability to perform option analysis and trend analysis
