Job Description
HN Services is looking for a Business Analyst to join an international team supporting critical actuarial and regulatory platforms within the insurance sector.
In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore teams to support application maintenance, business analysis activities, testing, and continuous improvements in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
- Create and manage User Stories and support backlog prioritization.
- Coordinate activities with business users and stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage application support and maintenance activities.
- Handle incidents and service requests according to SLA commitments.
