Vermeg Tunisia is currently looking for a Business Analyst for its activities. As a Business Analyst, you will join a team of highly-skilled professionals dedicated to helping Vermeg customers achieve their IT objectives. You will have the opportunity to work on stimulating projects in major companies of the insurance and financial industry. Creating partnerships with customers and identifying opportunities that add value for Vermeg and these customers are part of this challenging position.

Mission

Roles and Responsibilities:Your mission is to help our customers in APAC region getting the greatest value out of their regulatory repoting by:-Understanding both technical and business customer processes,-Analyzing and consolidating the customers' requirements, identify gaps andwrite functional specifications-Managing interactions with our R&D teams-Installing, setting up the parameters of the software package-Extracting, transforming and loading data from customers banking systemto our Agile Reporter Suite-Identifying impact of the solution on customer systems and areas ofimprovement.-Participating in the knowledge management

Profile

EducationA University degree in Economics, IT or FinanceLanguagesFluency in French/EnglishBackground-Finance or IT background with track record in Fintech industry-Hands on practice with ETL tools-Database and SQL knowledgeSoft skills-You have a strong interest in financial industry and in IT solutions designedfor-You are honest and have a can-do mentality (“boots in the mud” mentality)-You have ability to work with both technical and business departments-You are customer focused and have a commercial mindset-You are quick self-starter, pro-active and autonomous
