Continuously improve the design and management of the Organizational Unit (OU) Processes and the performance indicators related with the OU business goals to assure that theSigma OU execution capabilities are agile, efficient and at the lowest possible cost

Responsabilidades del Puesto
Implement actions of analysis, design and realization processes:
- Understand the business
- Conduct diagnosis and leads the redesign processes aligned to EPM - enterprise proceso model central definition.
The product will be the detailed documentation of processes in terms of maps, a goal of the process, roles and responsibilities matrix, findings and recommendations.
