Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage Life Insurance Advisors/Agents
- Drive sales and achieve business targets
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the team for consistent performance
- Ensure high-quality customer service and suitable insurance solutions
- Monitor advisor productivity and performance regularly
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel / Variable Agency Channel (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
