Translate GM priorities into clear plans, timelines, and accountabilities, and drive them through to completionAct as first-pass triage for incoming correspondence and requests, identifying what requires GM decision versus delegationLead GM-sponsored projects end to end, including scoping, coordination across functions and regions, and deliveryIdentify operational issues impacting cost, productivity, or service and intervene directly to resolve themProduce high-quality executive outputs including board papers, briefing documents, and ELT slide decksCoordinate data and information requests across the business for industry forums, annual assessments, and board reportingSupport the design and structure of divisional leadership forums, including agendas, pre-reads, and action follow-upMaintain a consolidated view of what is in flight, what is at risk, and what requires executive interve...
