Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Director to lead and expand our Business Development function within the FX & CFDs brokerage industry.
You will be responsible for executing individual BD initiatives and managing a team of Business Development Managers and Senior Business Development Managers to drive consistent revenue growth across key markets.
What will you do
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Managers and Senior Business Development Managers across assigned markets.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for both hunting new IBs, affiliates, partners, and clients, and farming existing IB and client portfolios.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing mentoring to develop team capabilities.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on results, client relationships, and long-term growth.
