We’re looking for a Business Development Lead to design, execute, and scale our broker-driven and strategic distribution channels across Latin America, with a primary focus on the Andean Region. This is a high-impact role that reports to the Regional Sales Director and plays a key role in defining Olé Life’s commercial strategy for the insurance market. The ideal candidate combines deep experience in insurance and broker distribution with a strategic, data-driven approach to growth.
