Overview
We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional with a minimum of 1 year of experience in FX & CFDs sales or business development to take the next step in their career.
What will you do- Client & Partner Acquisition (Hunting): Identify and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, partners, and retail clients across assigned regions.
- Portfolio Management (Farming): Maintain and grow existing IB and client relationships through regular engagement, performance optimization, and loyalty initiatives.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets, active client goals, and trading volume KPIs.
