Responsibilities
Develop annual HR plan and goals aligned with OSCO HR People Plan.
Partner closely with operational managers to align HR practices with project and business needs.
Translate HR plans into practical, site‑ready solutions that support productivity, engagement and growth.
Ensure consistent HR practices while allowing flexibility to meet regional or project‑specific needs.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling inquiries, interpreting, evaluating and administering policies and procedures, etc.
Oversee employee relations matters, including discipline, attendance, accommodations, investigations and conflict resolution.
Ensure HR practices align with employment legislation and industry standards across jurisdictions.
Guide employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, development, succession planning, retention, internal mobility and terminations.
