Our model combines AI-powered credit with a network of kiosks to create a conversational banking experience: we turn people's stories into access to credit — listening to our customers is our business model. By operating where our customers live and work, we serve segments that banks and fully digital fintechs have ignored for decades. We are creating a new formula for banking — where data is generated through conversations and trust is built through presence. We started in Mexico, but our mission is global: accompanying humanity toward prosperity. The Head of Business Development is responsible for scaling Aviva's distribution through strategic partnerships — turning retailers into financial access points.
