Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Regional Operations, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for:
Achieving their sales quota and sets a personal quota which should exceed the Company’s standardDeveloping new contractual business for the Company accomplished by diligent sales effort on their part; Entails an organized program of sales activity which includes an effective prospecting system, developing prospective clients through organization, referrals, associations and contacts by their own initiativeDeveloping and maintaining a target account system for major prospective clients, Completing necessary reports and paperwork for all sales transactionsEnsuring that all goods and services sold are at a fair price and within Company policy on pricing, selling and collectionMaintaining sales support and presentations materials in an organized and professional mannerProviding Manager wit...
