About The Role
As a CBRE Business Development Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and closing large and high-profile business opportunities within target market sectors while providing quality service. This role is part of the Sales function and involves designing sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and build long-term, professional customer relationships with existing, new, and potential key stakeholders; maintain excellent after-sales support aligned with the business strategy.
- Manage sales activity throughout the sales process, including qualification, discovery, proposal, pricing-presentation, and negotiation.
