Reporting to the Plant Business Excellence Manager the Business Excellence Manager assistant is responsible for Drives Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste, reduce process variation, and implement continuous improvement strategies across the organization.
Leads Kaizen projects, standardizes processes, and promotes a Lean culture by training teams and deploying best practices to improve efficiency and operational performance.
