About the Role We are looking for a BI Analyst to own and improve business reporting across fraud, chargebacks, alerts, merchant performance, and operations. This role is focused on dashboards, KPI tracking, reporting consistency, metric definitions, and turning business questions into clear, actionable insights. You will work closely with leadership, operations, product, and engineering to make data easier to understand, easier to trust, and more useful in day-to-day decision-making.
