Job: Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Profile:
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support the Finance and leadership teams by providing data-driven insights and business analysis across a high-volume SaaS environment. This role will focus on analyzing subscription, billing, customer, and financial data to support reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
You will work with data across multiple systems including subscription platforms, Stripe billing systems, and Banana ERP/accounting tools to help improve visibility into business performance and growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
