A minimum of two years of post-call corporate and commercial law experience, with a preference for candidates with oil and gas, electricity or renewables expertise, energy transition experience and interest (CCUS, hydrogen, geothermal, renewable natural gas) and an understanding of the energy regulatory framework in Alberta; Excellent academic and professional credentials; Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills; and A demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence.
