Business Management Manager — Technology (Canada, Hybrid)
Location: Canada (Hybrid – minimum three days per week in-office)

Own and manage the technology P&L: track, forecast and control expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.Develop and maintain annual and quarterly budget forecasts for external spend (software licenses, SaaS, professional services, contractors) and perform monthly variance analysis.Create and manage Purchase Orders in Oracle EBS and serve as the primary procurement contact for the technology organization.Manage vendor and invoice workflows (Tungsten Network or similar), validate invoices against budgets, and maintain vendor compliance trackers.Support portfolio and resource planning via Planview (or similar), aligning resource forecasts to project plans and budgets.Partner with FP&A, Controllership, and P...
