This is a pivotal role designed to bring structure and strategic foresight to our office, ensuring we can serve more communities effectively. As Business Manager, you will join a dedicated team to:
- Strengthen the operational and financial health of EMI Mexico
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance in Mexico in coordination with EMI world structure and accountability protocol.
- Provide financial clarity to guide project planning and staffing decisions
- Develop administrative systems and robust internal controls
- Lead the development of a fundraising strategy and manage donor stewardship processes
