About the Role:We are looking for a high-ownership professional to strengthen Paytm Flights BusinessOperations. The role will focus on airline commercial operations, revenue assurance, supplymanagement, and market intelligence to ensure smooth airline integrations, optimized supplyavailability, and protection of business revenues.This role requires close collaboration with airlines, aggregators, internal tech teams, finance,and operations to drive operational efficiency and business growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Airline Commercial Operations (ADMs / Waivers / Refunds):• Manage Airline Debit Memos (ADMs), DGCA-related cases/refunds, and supply refunds.• Lead negotiations with airlines for waivers, refund approvals, and policy exceptions.• Ensure timely closure of disputes and minimize revenue leakage.2.
