Your Mission
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Customer Success Operations Sr Analyst to strengthen our Customer Success strategy and accelerate our go‑to‑market engine in a rapidly growing SaaS company. You will partner with CS, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to design scalable processes, implement effective incentives and structures, and ensure execution aligns with business priorities.
