Overview
Position Type: Temporary – 12‑month term with benefits. The Business Process Automation & Optimization Analyst role focuses on improving operational efficiency by analysing business processes and delivering automated solutions using AI, low‑code platforms and workflow technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Analysis & Optimization – Map and document current-state business processes, identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable future-state processes, support continuous improvement, establish measurable performance indicators.
- Automation Development & Delivery – Build and configure automated workflows (AI, low-code/no-code, RPA, workflow engines), design solutions that reduce manual work, conduct testing, troubleshooting, deployment, maintain and update automations.
