Reporting to the Regional Leader, Training Centre Operations (TCO) East, the Business Process Specialist provides oversight and supports TCO operations, mainly in the areas of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS), Business Continuity Management (BCM) and other business‑related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, standardization, update, and implementation of Quality Assurance (QA), Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S), and Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes across all TCO East operations, ensuring alignment with D&S Canada and Global programs.
- Draft, review, and update QA, EH&S, and BCM documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate QA, EH&S, and BCM activities with site teams, D&S Canada, and global stakeholders.
