Lead business growth as the Director of Business Solutions in Winnipeg with Entegra. Drive client engagement, proposal development, and strategic partnerships across Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
This key role reports directly to the Senior Director of Business Solutions and the Head of Street Sales Canada. You will implement growth strategies, develop client relationships, and optimize service packages. Collaborate with vendor partners and leverage your industry insights to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver on aggressive sales targets for growth success
• Implement strategic plans for client qualification and proposal development
• Manage pipeline of new business using Salesforce
• Build and maintain beneficial relationships with clients
• Provide consultation and support across management levels
Requirements:
• Experience in group purchasing or food service sales
• Proven success in multi-unit account sales
