This role exists to close that gap.
Responsibilities: Diagnosing drivers of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and operational performance across enterprise clients. Structuring insights from large datasets and Voice of Customer programs into strategic recommendations. Developing analytical frameworks that connect behavioral and operational data to business outcomes. Building executive presentations and data-driven narratives for C-level and senior stakeholders. Contributing to consulting proposals and new service offerings — translating insights into commercial value propositions. Supporting the development of consulting methodologies, tools, and analytical approaches.
