Position Overview
You will serve as a Senior Business System Analyst within the Personal & Commercial Core Technology group, leading technology solutions for the Mortgage Origination space.
What will you do?
Collaborate with business partners and product owners to understand high‑level requirements and capture business needs.
Participate in design reviews and walk‑throughs.
Lead sessions to obtain key inputs from SMEs, architects, and technology leads.
Conduct detailed business process analysis and develop comprehensive process flow diagrams, user stories, functional specifications, and use cases to facilitate system design and development.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for the ADLC model and structure documentation to support AI tools.
Identify opportunities to streamline ADLC processes and enhance documentation standards.
