SUMMARY
Reporting to the IT Applications Supervisor, the Business Systems Analyst will support key systems for our Canadian Divisions, in designing, planning, developing, implementing, as well as supporting them post-implementation. As a member of the IT Applications team, you will be a member of the team responsible for supporting our enterprise applications while also working on enterprise IT projects.
EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
- Assist in the implementation of a new ERP and warehouse management system.
- Provide first line and second-line functional support for JD Edwards 9.1
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related incidents and service requests in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service delivery frameworks.
