The role of the Business Transformation Lead is the following:
• Promote and explain GEODIS Business Transformation ambitions to GEODIS internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure the delivery of a comprehensive and co-built Finance & Procurement Core Model
- Ensure Core Model is aligned with Functional Directors and Local Business Process Owners' requirements
- Secure projects governance instances are well leveraged when necessary and secure cross-functional topics and interdependencies management when required in an end-to-end perspective
