Project Coordinator, Business Transformation
The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of enterprise business transformation initiatives within the Business Transformation team’s Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project plans, milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies for transformation initiatives.
- Maintain project documentation per ePMO standards (plans, action logs, RAID logs, decision records, lessons learned).
- Coordinate cross‑functional project activities across development and execution teams.
- Ensure consistency in the application of transformation delivery methodologies and tools.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership, sponsors, and governance forums.
