Busser

JOB PURPOSE:

 Polly’s bussers assist in guest services by maintaining the Polly’s standard of Fresh, Friendly, Above and Beyond Expectations. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the dining area.
 
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

•  Remove dirty dishes and other items from the tables when appropriate.


•  Wipe down tables, chairs, and booths.


•  Keep floors and carpets free of debris.


•  Empty trash bin in the bus station.


•  Keep dishes, silverware, cups, etc. stocked.


•  Assist servers in taking beverage orders and in delivering refilling beverages.


•  Pre-buss tables when appropriate.


•  Handle special cleaning duties and emergency cleaning such as spills.


•  Keep the lobby and restrooms clean.


•  Keep bussing station organized and free of clutter.
