Resumen: The buyer-planner is responsible for managing a set of commodities to meet business objectives using world class supply chain management principles and practices. **Responsabilidades**:

1. Must also complete requirements for the buyer/planner III.
2. Performs planning and procurement of selected critical commodities. Partners with engineering and supply management to drive actions to achieve and exceed plant material productivity targets.
3. Monitors overall planning activities and gives direction and training to lower classified buyer/planners as required.
4. Increase departmental productivity/efficiency by developing new report initiatives/ purchasing procedures. Processes and techniques. Establishes and maintains departmental key performance indicators.
