Responsibilities
Coordinate communication between supplier and other departments of the company, such as (but not limited to) Engineering and Quality with suppliers.
Analyze demands and place required PO's based on MRP signal.
Follow up on purchase order confirmation with suppliers.
Follow up on shipment confirmations, import, receiving and inspection process.
Responsible until material is released on conformance stores.
Have good communication skills with suppliers.
Execute their workload using purchasing good practices.
Following up on time delivery from suppliers.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels, based on demand signal.
Attend meeting and phone calls in a timely manner.
Provides an efficient and fast response over emails requests.
Performs purchasing guidelines to achieve the company goals.
Understand and reach KPI's metrics to achieve company goals.
