Responsibilities
- Purchase of international commodities, supplies, and contracting services.
- Execute the Purchasing activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Foster business relationships with suppliers to provide the best solutions for the Company in terms of quality, cost and service.
- Review and manage purchase requisitions, quotations, contracts, and agreements.
- Coordinate necessary actions with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials with a sense of urgency.
- Track the status of orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve any issues.
- Maintain updated procurement records, including supplier/lead time and product information.
- Submit deviation requests due to delivery/BOM error/Inventory adjustments.
- Process workflow and complete it – 30 days from receipt.
